General Terms of Use

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") define the terms and conditions for using the services offered by RentingGator. By booking or using our services, the client unconditionally accepts all the provisions below.
1. Purpose
RentingGator offers a private chauffeur service in Marrakech and its surroundings, intended for both individuals and professionals, for occasional trips, events, or sightseeing tours.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the service: full refund.
Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before: 50% of the amount will be charged.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund possible.
4. Client Obligations
Respect the scheduled pick-up time.
Do not consume alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle.
No smoking on board.
Respect the vehicle and report any damage.
Wear a seatbelt throughout the journey.
5. RentingGator Obligations
Provide a professional, punctual, polite, and discreet driver.
Provide a clean, well-maintained, and insured vehicle.
Follow the agreed itinerary unless the client requests a modification.
6. Rates and Payment
Rates are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and may vary depending on distance, duration, or season.
Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or through the offered electronic payment methods.
Any service not paid within the specified time may incur additional charges.
7. Force Majeure
RentingGator cannot be held responsible if the service cannot be provided due to an unforeseeable and external event, such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, mechanical failures, accidents, or government restrictions.
8. Insurance and Safety
All vehicles are covered by insurance in accordance with Moroccan law.
Drivers undergo regular training in safe driving practices.
9. Personal Data Protection
The information collected during the booking process is used solely for processing the order and is never shared with third parties without prior consent.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTU are governed by Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, the competent courts of Marrakech shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Language of the Terms
In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the French version of these GTU, the French version shall prevail.
